Black & Golds Estate Agents was founded by former Woodrush student Mike Dingley in 2012 and have been selling houses in the local and wider area ever since.

Insightus Matterport Specialists was founded by former Woodrush student Stephen Wicklen in 2018 a company which provides immersive building and facility walk throughs for business and homeowners. 

As a former Woodrush student I have been delighted to help my old school in these testing times. As a small business 2020 has represented the most challenging and scary times we have ever experienced and after many conversations with members of staff at the school I have realised  that education faces arguably an even bigger mountain to climb in order to keep everyone safe and also still deliver high quality results.

We felt that state of the art Insightus Matter port tours would keep everyone safe while allowing people to get a full 360 degree vision of what the school looks like and has to offer. As a property business we utilised this technology to get us through the troubled waters of lockdown and we are happy to help provide this to Woodrush.

Despite the grumpy look on my face…I was a very happy Woodrush student! I grew up in B47 and have moved back to the area to raise my family. Every day I am more and more proud to see my boards popping up in the area I grew up in and hope that the tour helps Woodrush continue to be a pivotal reason the area is so popular for young families to move into.
